International phone call for Skype RRS feed

  • Question

  • Dear All,

Our company has O365 business premium, E3,  E4 license.

Can I allow the particular user to dial international phone call in skype for business ?

( just like regular skype, deposit money into account).

    Many Thanks

  • Yiwei,

You can however you must have add-on license as Cloud PBX Add on license if you have O365 E3 license.

Without Cloud PBX you cannot use enterprise voice features.

    Thanks

  • Hi iliekperl,

Licensed users can call out to numbers located in the country where their Office 365 license is assigned to the user in the Office 365 admin center.

You could go to the Office 365 admin center > Admin centers > Skype for Business > Voice to configure it.

  • Yes, it is possible in O365 to disable international calls for users with enterprise voice configured.

At least your E3 user will need a cloud pbx license to use pstn calling.
