    Question

  • Since upgrading to Office 2016 the user cannot see the content of a shared calendar. She has full permissions to the calendar and I can see the content of the calendar ok from my account. I have had her renamed the OST file and rebuild it, close all shared calendars and just open that one calendar, and nothing has worked so far. Please assist. TIA

  • Hi,

    Does this issue continue if we try to view the shared calendar from OWA?

    We may also try to remove the full access permission and then reassign it to the user, then try to open the shared calendar to see the result.

    In addition, does the user have cached Exchange mode enabled? What if we try to turn off cached Exchange mode to see the result?
