  • Try this:

For users having an issue, Go to File > Options > Save and check the path for where the Local Cache is being saved. It is generally C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Microsoft\MS Project\14\Cache\.

Check if the users have access to this folder on their system, and also that this folder is not over the size limit specified.

If it is over size, you can try cleaning up the cache. ( add this button to ribbon).

  • Try to remove account from Project Professional (Info>Menage Accounts>Set as default any other accont>Restart Project Professional>Info>Menage Accounts>Remove) and then add that account again.
