Please check the status of Windows Update service and Windows Modules Installer service.

    1. Type services.msc in the start search box and hit enter.

    2. Find Windows Update services and Windows Modules Installer service, double click to open them.

    3. On the General tab, next to Startup type, make sure that Automatic is selected.
