Please check the status of Windows Update service and
Windows Modules Installer service.
1. Type services.msc in the start search box and hit enter.
2. Find Windows Update
services and Windows Modules Installer service, double
click to open them.
3. On the General tab, next to Startup type, make sure that
Automatic is selected.
4. Check if the service is started. If it is not, click Start.

2. Please try to download and manually install the update.

3. Run the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) by taking following these steps:
3.1 Open an administrative Command Prompt window.
3.2 Type following command and then press Enter.
sfc /scannow
3.3 After the scan is finished, try to install updates again.
4. Reset the Windows Update Components, please refer the following link.
