"Did You know?" in Help and Support Center not auto-updating despite i have broadband that auto-connects with Internet RRS feed

  • I have WinXP Pro SP3. When i go to home screen of Help&Support Center, everything seems fine, but not "Did You know?" app:

    "Did you know? When you are connected to the Internet,
    this area will display links to timely help and support information..."

    I've searched a lot in Google for solution but didn't found it. I have tried all the tricks I previously found on the internet such as: ensuring Http 1.1 Proxy Connections is checked in Internet Options-Advanced; synching the system time then running IE and then press F1 to run Help and Support, .etc.

    I've also add few .exe's as exceptions to Windows Firewall (i'm using only system firewall): helpctr.exe, hscupd.exe, HelpHost.exe, helpsvc.exe but with no luck. Why this module isn't working? People are bothering with this stuff over 6 years! Did MS just shutted down the servers for this?
