Unable to Sync most devices RRS feed

  • I work at a small school and our computers have been powered off since the beginning of March due to COVID-19 and now none of the student's computers will sync with our MDM. I have tried everything I can think of and been googling like crazy. I keep receiving the same error code of 0x80190194 on all of the student devices when I try to sync from the device itself(after trying and failing through Intune). Different Errors in the Event Viewer though including: 

    MDM Push: Failed to renew WNS Push Channel for MDM Push Sessions. Result: The network is not present or not started. or This operation returned because the timeout period expired.

    MDM Session: OMA-DM message failed to be sent Result: Not found(404)

    MDM Enroll: Failed to receive or parse certificate enroll response. Result: Unknown Win32 Error code: 0x80180016

    Help?

    These are all Surface Pro's and Pro 4's running Windows 10x64.
