SCCM 2012Client installation fails with this error. OS:- Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. I have already tried few steps. Recreate WMI repository. Repair VC++. Repair windows installer. Rebooted server. Clean and fresh install. Still Fails.

Is this an issue with a single or multiple clients?
Try a manual installation directly on the client. Browse to the client installation files
\\Servername\SMS_XXX\Client\
and run ccmsetup.exe

That's Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) (note the SP1). Have you tried installing this manually?
