  • Question

  • In Project 2010 how do you get the cashflow report to show more tasks than those occuring on the last day of the project?

  • Hi Jack,

If you look at the Task Usage view and add the Cost field in the timescaled side, does it show the data correctly?  I'm assuming you have costed resources assigned or fixed costs set against each task?

Make sure that all of the summary tasks are expanded in any task view, such as the Gantt Chart view.  When you display the Cash Flow report on the Print page in the Backstage, make sure the date range is correct in the Settings section of the page.  Hope this helps.

  • Hi Dale,

Thanks for the quick response. I tried both solutions and neither worked. My print screen is setup to "print entire project from start to finish". Also it will print all the tasks when printing a budget report it seems to only cause an issue for the cash flow report.

Hmmm.  Well, I'm running out of ideas.  Maybe someone else has an idea for you.
