Restoring a portal site in Sharepoint 2003 RRS feed

  • Question

  • We have created a new portal site in our production environment. Now we need to replicate the same on a Disaster Recovery server. We need to maintain the same content database names on both the servers. currently the content databases which are present on the production server got replicated on the DR server as a part of one of the syncup process. Now we should create the new portal on the DR server and the new portal should user the existing database that got replicated from production. Please let me know the steps to be followed for performing this.
