Timesheet does not return any data or grids RRS feed

  • Hi,

    One of our associates is not receiving any data while accessing the timesheet. It is completely blank. No Grid. No Data. Even the Status bar is blank. And there are no errors with the browser.

    Found the below message in the verbose mode error logs. Please suggest any solution to resolve this issue.

    “Failed to determine definition for Feature with ID 'ce665a0d-f894-4d84-8de4-70ea5dd9899c'.  Skipping this feature for element querying consideration.”

  • Have you tried editing the page, deleting the Timesheet Webpart and re-adding it?

    Yes, we did perform those steps but it did not solve the problem?
    Did you ever came across this issue?

    Have this user access My timesheet page and delete current timesheet, also try if he can access his old timesheets
