Hyper-V manager Windows 10 to Hyper-V 2019. RRS feed

  • I have made a standalone installation of Hyper-V 2019 on a powerfull HP computer for test propose for some projects.
    I think I have done every thing I could read about to get Hyper-V Manager to Connect with the server with Window 10 Pro. But I still get “illegal Usernamewhat ever I do. Remote desktop works. I have done it before with Hyper-V 2012. It was not easy, but I worked. I need a precise work around who works. Can someone help?

  • The problem is solved.
    It was my thinking, that it was the Hyper-V host login that should be used in Hyper-V Manager to connect and not my own user on the PC, there was the problem.
    But thanks for the hint with Windows Admin Center.
