IM group conversation not working RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

When creating a group IM conversation the messages are not being sent, but 1-1 conversations works fine. I've reviewed the services and all are up and running. What can I do in order to restore the functionality?

    Regards

  • Hi Carlos,

In addition to above suggestions, please try to re-run “Request, Install or Assign Certificate” using Skype for business server 2015 deployment wizard as the following snapshot:

  • Hello Carlos,

Is this happening only for a specific user or for all users ? If its specific to a machine would suggest to delete the users profile and then recreate that which should solve the  issue

Delete  the user profile from this location

    %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync\sip_UserName@Domain.comRegistry Key:HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync\UserName@Domain.com

I'll try to read the logs from one of the affected users.
