App-V Newbie - Sequence Java

Question
-
Hi all,
I'm new to using App-V and sequencing so I was wondering if anyone has some good intro videos to this so i can get to grips with it. Ultimately I want to be able to create a App-V package for Java 6u31 so users can open a website which doesn't work on the newer version of Java which they have installed locally. I imagine I'll be asked to sequence a lot more software after this so any tips, tricks, cheat sheets, good forums, websites which you can share would be great.
Many thanks.

Here below are my suggestions,
Go through official Microsoft Sequencing Guide. You can find it HERE. You'll get an idea of What it is[Highly used Virtualization Technology], Advantages[Dll Hell, Centralized management, Isolation], Different Models[Stand Alone, Streaming, Full], Integrates with[SCCM,XenApp], Limitations [Com +, Drivers, DCOM].
Identify what's new with the Service Pack & Hot-Fix that you want to use?
Prepare a TestLab & Start Practicing.
Here below are the links that may help you to sequence Java:

Vinod has shared a good link from where you can start learning App-v.
Also the below webpage has links to many MVP blogs and forums, where you can learn and gain knowledge further.
http://www.app-v.info/html/app-v_5_links.html
You can also download package accelarators for common apps, app-v automation from the below link
From my personal opinion since you are new to App-v , start with the latest version App-V 5.0 SP3 as it has many advantages over the earlier ones.
cheers!!
