    Can anyone help me "How to Disable Disk Management/Computer management in XP Prof 64 bit  Local System". This is not in domain..

    I got the solution for XP also...

    Type gpedit.msc

    Navigate to User settings->Admin Templates->Windows Components->Microsoft Management Console->Restricted/Permitted snaps in->Disable the disk management.

    Use the Group Policy method described in that thread which Carey Frisch linked to. Don't know about Windows XP Professional x64 but on Windows XP SP3 32-bit, that group policy setting to disable individual MMC snap-ins exists. I do think it exists on Windows XP x64 as well.
