Legit email goes into Outlook JUNK folder. RRS feed

  • Question

  • For some reason, emails coming from a specific sender always go into our Outlook JUNK folder.

I have ask the sender to send me a simple test mail and it went to JUNK in Outlook.

I then drag her email from JUNK  to INBOX and ask her to resend me a test email.

This time, it goes to INBOX folder.

Any one know why it behaves like that and how to fix it?

    We use Office 365.

    Thanks.

Did you add the sender to the safe sender list in OWA or Outlook?

  • Hi EdKC,

How about adding the sender to safe sender list? If it works, we can use Group Policy to deploy for all users in the company.

    Details see:

How to deploy junk email settings, such as the Safe Senders list, by using Group Policy

    Hope it helps,
