  • Hi,

    Welcome to Exchange TechNet Forum!

How do you configure Retention policy that assigned to your mailbox in Exchange Server? Run this command to check this setting.

    $1 = Get-Mailbox UserName

    Get-RetentionPolicy $1.RetentionPolicy | Select -ExpandProperty RetentionPolicyTagLinks | FL Name

After running the second command, check if there are any Personal archive tags. If yes, then you can change archival settings by righting click to folder in outlook.

To get emails that are older than 30 days, it depends on how do you configure the retention policy assigned to your mailbox. Generally, check 'Recover Deleted Items' folder in outlook first. If you have archive mailbox, then open archive mailbox to look for emails that are older than 30 days.
