    Is there a way to display Actual hours entered through PWA as a new column in Project Professional 2013 ?

  • Hi Mehar,

    There is no separate custom field which tracks the actuals entered from PWA. Normally users fills the timesheets or tasks for time tracking. you can see that actuals by inserting "Actual Work" column.

    You can try the following to see if this shows what you want to see:

    1. Apply the Resource Usage view.
    2. Right-click anywhere in the timephased grid (timesheet) on the right side of the view and select the Actual Work item on the shortcut menu.
    3. In the list of resources and tasks on the left side of the view, right-click on the Work column and select the Insert Column item on the shortcut menu.
    4. In the list of available resource columns, select the Actual Work column.

    By customizing the Resource Usage view, you will now be able to see the following:

    • The total amount of Actual Work entered by the resource for all tasks, along with the Actual Work entered so far for each task assigned to the resource.
    • In the timephased grid, you will see the Actual Work entered by the resource per day and per task.
