Is there a way to auto-select the reviewers for a RFC based on Affected ICs??? Maybe using Workflow or Orchestrator, but HOW? ANy tip?

You can do this with a workflow and/or Orchestrator.
A PowerShell with the SMLets (http://smlets.codeplex.com) should work.
