Settings are hidden or managed by organization - gpedit did not work RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am setting up a Lenovo ideapad5, i7 10th gen. It is brand new. But I cannot change the lock screen picture. I tried going running gpedit, but it was not there. So I installed it and then went to it and tried going in to Admin Templates -- Control Panel -- Personalization in order to change the prevent lock screen restrictions from enabled to not configured. They were already set to not configured though. So I changed them to enable and then back to not configured. But nothing is working. This is really strange. I have never encountered this in all my years, and I am at a loss as to what to do.
