can't login onto outlook RRS feed

  • Ever since my Microsoft account has been reset I cant log onto outlook at home . Windows is saying that the password is correct but that I cant log in to check outlook!

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft TechNet Forum.

    Based on your description, please try the following methods to troubleshoot:

    1. Try to log into Outlook from the website and check.

    2. Try to uninstall the Outlook and reinstall.

    3. It is probably due to an email setting that needs to be changed.  Check to see if your email settings are similar to the settings in the article.

    4. Try to upgrade your win7 to the latest version and check.
