MS Project 2010: Much not known calenders with names like 189EA + 5days ? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello Community,

    I have a problem with MS-Project 2010 calenders.

I received a schedule and in this schedule there are a lot of calenders (when I go to: change working time -> for calender).

The crazy thing is that the calenders have all a name like 189 oder 190EA or 199EA - 5 days. The calenders has also no vacation or something inside.

And the second crazy thing is: when I go on organize, I don't see them!?!?

    Can me help someone?

    Thank you and bye,

    Toby

  • Does your project have a lot of resources with those names?  Each of those
calendars may map to a specific resource.

Check the Resource Sheet view to confirm.

  • In addition to Andrew's advice, I'd say the best source for this answer is the person who gave you the file.
