SCSM 2012 Self Service Portal not showing update data in summary page RRS feed

    We have deployed Cloud Services Process Pack in SCSM 2012. We are able to see the published Service and Request offerings in Self Service Portal.

    While creating any request from SSP, the summary page before submitting the form is not showing the updated data. i.e., consider we have selected all the data and reviewed the data at summary page and found one data selection was incorrect, then we went back and modified the data. Now, the Summary page not showing the updated data which modified.

    This is the issue with the field which has check box and multiple values (query result prompt type)

    Kindly please help me in this regard.

  • did you check the Silverlight log file to see if there was an error in Silverlight? you can find the log on the client machine in the user's appdata folder  LocalLow\Microsoft\Silverlight\is.
