DPM 2010 cant Browse C Drive of a client RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I have one client that i cannot browse into its C Drive.
    Agent installed OK, even via the Server installation.
    DPM can see the agent, can even connect to agent.
    I can Add the whole C Drive to the backup, but i cannot browse it, to choose folders...

    i gett error message:

    DPM has received an improperly formed message and was unable to interpret it. (ID: 909)

    Retry the operation. If the problem persists, contact Microsoft Customer Service and Support.

    Did anyone knows what it can be?

    Have you come right at all?

    After the agent was installed did you do a restart? What RU or SP level is DPM on? If you add the dpm server to the local administrators on the client machine as a test can you then see the information?
