    Using Vista, starting yesterday (Oct. 30, 2011) I have  been getting the following message:

    "An additional plug-in is required to display some elements on this page". This message appears on my Bing homepage, Yahoo mail, and several other pages being displayed.

    I go through the Install Plug-In process, but that does not resolve the problem. I also follow the "Problems Installing" process, which claims it may be a Windows media Player and/or Java issue, but that also does not resolve the problem.

    Has anyone else come across this problem?

    Hi,

     

    Does this issue occur when you trying to use the Internet Explorer to open the site?

     

    What’s the additional plug-in prompted to install?

     

    Is it the flash player to install? If so, you may need to install adobe flash player. Please refer to the adobe site for it.
