user role for 3rd line users RRS feed

  • I would like to create a new user role that matches the Incident Resolver role you get with SCSM but without the ability to create Incidents, as this is to be limited to our Service Desk.

    Is there an easy way of creating new roles without having to know what all the Tasks mean?
