OCS Response Group Service Recording in Background RRS feed

  • We are having problems with one of our response groups.  It seems that occasionally then a caller is speaking with an agent one of the recordings plays in the background.  When the issue occurs it is the same recording.  It happens occasionally and we are unable to recreate the issue.

    Anyone have any ideas?  How can I troubleshoot this?  I have looked at the Response Group Service Tool and nothing seems to stand out.
