Creating a virtual USB drive inside client Hyper-V RRS feed

I'm trying to create a virtual USB drive to use for Windows To Go inside client Hyper-V. Is this even possible? I've attempted to create a VHD on the host (Running Windows 10 Education), setting it to offline and then adding it to the client (Windows 8.1 Enterprise) on the SCSI controller. The client can then see, use the drive, and can be added or removed while the VM is running but when running the Windows To Go wiz it doesn't show up as an available USB drive.

If this is possible, what am I missing? I'd appreciate any help you can offer.
