Conference room bookings accetping when they are booked RRS feed

  • When uses book these conference rooms the rooms are accepting the invitation when they are already booked by someone else.

    checked all the settings I see nothing different than the ones that work

    Exchange 2010

    For your question, please run below command to check the setting for those problematic resource mailbox:
    Get-CalendarProcessing "Resource Mailbox" | FL

    Ensure the value of below parameter:
    AutomateProcessing: AutoAccept
    AllowConflicts: False

    If it's a recurring meet request, please ensure the value of ConflictPercentageAllowed and MaximumConflictInstances.

  • And you expect us to guess without you sharing those settings?  I suspect you've configured it to allow conflicting meetings.  But that's just a guess.
