90 day trial... late activation RRS feed

  • greetings,

    installed enterprise 90-day trial early December.  did not activate before called away.  trying to activate now and continue study.  after login, tells me activation period expired - activate now.  activation then fails and activation server says my system clock time isn't right.  it is set right, but I assume its just trying to tell me i'm past the 10 activation period.  There is no option to activate over the phone.

    Anyone know if I can remedy it, or if I'd be able to download another trial and start over?

    This looked like the closest matching forum for my question, apologies otherwise.

  • disregard... after trying 3 times initially, and then another try since my post, the activation was successful.
