Modify Contact Display in Skype for Business RRS feed

    Hi!  My company recently upgraded to Office 365 and Skype for Business.  (WAY better than Spark!!)  One thing I used to do in Spark I can't see how to do in Skype.  I used to be able to modify how my contacts display in the Contact List window.  This allowed me to display the names in First Name Last Name order and include other info like their phone number if they are in a different building.

    Is there a way to modify how a contact is displayed in Skype for Business?

    Hi,

    You can add title or other information such as phone number in AD user attributes, then these information will be saw when open someone's contact.

    Hi PeepingT,

    If you want to modify your contact display in Skype for Business, you could go to SFB main window, click option, contact list to do a modify.

    Thank you for this response but I was trying to change the actual test displayed.  For instance I might want to add a phone number to some ones display name.  I might want to add their title.  See what I mean?  I could do this in Spark so I assumed there is a way to do the same in Skype.

    lol!! Thanks!  I am only a lowly Desktop Support Tech.  I don't get to modify the user accounts in AD.

    If that is the only option I guess I will make do with what I have.  (Skype is still better than Spark.)
