Application Source Root (ASR) is not updating via group policy. RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am trying to change the ASR from one server address to another using group policy, however this is not happening.  I am switching the ASR from rtsp://appvtest:554 to rtsp://appvprod:554.   I have loop back set to "replace" and the gpresult shows that the correct policy is winning on the client side. However when I try to launch an app it the client is still setup to point to appvtest.  When I check the registry entry ASR is set to the test appv server. I have also tried forcing a gpupdate, and rebooting the client, but the setting still has not changed.

    Thanks,

    DanTk

  • Hello,

Are you using a 64-bit client or a 32-bit version?
