  • Hi ABHIIT.ABHISHEK,

How did your user upload Empty folder?

We cannot upload empty file and folder though clicking the “Upload Document” or “New document” and selecting the file or folder directly by default.

Actually, we can click the “open with explorer” in the ribbon or select "upload files using Windows Explorer instead" when click “New document”, and then drag the empty file and folder into the library folder. Then the empty file or folder are uploaded to the library.

    Best regards,

  • Hi Abhiit,

As Grace mentioned it is not possible to create empty files or folders.

I think the user would have created a new folder and it is without files. Hence it is empty. Do you mean that? Then it is possible by you as well.
