Exported change not reimported - update e-mail in portal RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Is this just a By design or am i missing somethin? I have modifyed the MPR; "Administration: Administrators can read and update Users" so administrators can update All User attributes. When i try to update the e-mail attribute from XXXX@xxxx.xx to xxxx@xxxx.xx the request completes and i get no errors, but the attribute is actually not changed. Same thing happens when i do it with the sync. Exported changes to the e-mail attribute is not reimported in spite that every request completes without errors.

  • This is currently a known issue, not sure if this has been altered with one of the hotfixes out there. Case changes never get exported towards the FIM Service.

    As a workaround I temporary append something,and then revert back tot he desired value.
