(SharePoint 2013) A user cannot use 'Open in Exporer' even when using a Internet Explorer RRS feed

    I am not sure what's going on. It works for me but not for this user apparently. 

    - The user tells me that "Nothing Happens" when the button 'Open in Explorer' is clicked.

    - She has a good Permission (Contribute, Design)

    - Confirmed she has WebClient running and enabled. 

    - She can manually access using a URL of a SharePoint Document Library by Copy + Paste to File Explorer (Ex: //sharepoint/sites/....)

    - Her Trusted Sites setting should be same as me. 

    I really am not sure what's happening.... Please help 

    If you need more info, i can try to go get them but above is what i checked and have at the moment.
