Answers

  • Either contact HP for assistance or replace the printer.  HP is most qualified to provide the best assistance with their products.  Microsoft does not provide assistance with HP products.

Most likely is your printer has died and needs to be replaced.

  • Hi,

Have you got any error messages? Did the issue occur before?

Based on your description, first please check the connection between printer and your Windows, make sure it works properly. Then restart the printer and see if it helps.

More often than not when a device isn't working it is because the driver has become corrupted, please update the driver to the latest version or try compatibility mode and check the result.

You can download the latest driver from HP website.
