  Yes, you can do so.

  For example, when you go to Windows Updates there is a link at the bottom that says "Download additonal updates from Microsoft." I want WSUS to automatically install these updates on my domain.

  Have a look in WSUS-Console (WSUS.MSC) > Options > Products. Here you
  can select your Products you want to get updates. Be carefull with
  selecting! Dont select Products you don't have in your environment.

  Yes, as Winfried says, you can configure your WSUS for many MS Products, and Classifications, and Languages.
