  • I can't access the C:\ drive I can't install, change any user accounts, delete any files ACCESS HAS BEEN DENIED

  • This is an Exchange Server forum.  I didn't see Exchange in your issue, can you verify that this is not an OS problem?

       Your problem is not related to exchange. It is OS question. I can’t explain it in this forum.
       The user which you login pc hasn’t administrator permission.
