  • May be you don't have one installed ?

Can you try downloading and test after that ?

  • Hi,

    Did the issue occur before?
Does it occur on a specify video or all video?
What’s the format of the video?

    “visualization is not highlighted”
Does it gray out or can’t be chosen?

Run "sfc /scannow" as administrator to fix corrupt system files.

Try to disable and enable Windows Media Player through Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features\Turn Windows features on or off\untick or tick Media Features.

    Bests,
    Joy.
