  • Question

  • please give me some directions or link where i can read it.

I've created a HelpDesk page by myself, it works great. I can synchronize it with outlook. Guys from help-desk get e-mail notifications.

everything is fine. But now i want to create a new page where IT administrators can view reports, like diagrams or something, like per person results of completed work.

    i've foun a link for 2007, but couldn't realize it in 2010...

    Yeap, i've found this:

Business Intelligence Center. The Business Intelligence Center (a.k.a BI Center) is the enhanced version of the Report Center in MOSS 2007. The site template includes many of the BI capabilities that Microsoft has introduced in SharePoint Server 2010 all packaged into a single site. Although using Business Intelligence Center is not the only way to access SharePoint's BI features, this site template can provide a central location for teams and departments within your organization to store, retrieve, and modify shared reports, dashboards, Excel workbooks and etc. Yes use the business Intelligence center....

so, it's called Business intelligence center now?:)))

already trying to create. Thank you very very much! i'm so grateful!
