Hi TLS,
Please consider starting with the following checks:
- On the client that is not displayed on the WSUS console, open a browser window, and navigate to
http://192.168.11.10:8530/selfupdate/iuident.cab and make sure you can open/download the file.
In the event of any failure, consider starting with a network connection between the client and the server.
- Make sure the client in question is actually trying to apply the policy, you can do this by running rsop.msc in elevated cmd.
- Please check the update in the client's Windows Update, and then give any error message?
The error message can better locate the cause of the problem.
Reply back with the results would be happy to help.

Hi TLS,
If you currently need to confirm the client's update installation, then consider using WSUS's reporting.
For example, if I need to check the update status of a computer, you can browse directly in the WSUS console:
If your WSUS is newly added, you may need support for the following components:
- Microsoft Report Viewer
- Microsoft System CLR Types for SQL Server
Please follow the prompts to install.
As a warm suggestion, if the issue we started with has been resolved, consider marking the help to your content as an answer. Then sincerely welcome you to create a new thread to discuss other issues, which will clearly distinguish the discussion of each of our issues.
Hope the above can help you.
