  • Open Device Manager

Find and double-click on keyboard to see the drivers.

    • Right-click on the drivers, and click Uninstall.
    • Windows will prompt you to confirm the device’s removal. Click OK to remove the driver.
    • After the uninstallation is complete, reboot your computer.
    • Hopefully Windows will detect the Keyboard.
    • Please go to the computer manufacturer’s website, download the Windows 10 keyboard driver for  your computer and check.
Make sure you have all the latest updates from Windows Update.

  • Hi,

According to Logitech official website, new driver for Windows 10 already released, please access to the link below to download and install the latest driver for test:

  • I tried the uninstall and reboot to search for new drivers but it did not work. I downloaded the lasted SetPoint from the Logitech site but it did not identify the Bluetooth USB and still shows a driver error. Is there anything else I can do?
