Why Microsoft doesnt give their own product driver ? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Have a bluetooh mouse 5000, but doesnt work after one week installation.
    Microsoft hardware support doesnt inclueded this product driver ! Some guys had an same problem a this topic;
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/itprovistahardware/thread/372301be-c228-49e8-9315-71720be0b1d2/ but they found a solution from notebook producer not from Microsoft.

  • Hi Nicholas,

    All your suggestions are not solving to problem those were general information, anyway.

    Found the solution. Problem is about the Windows Update ?! " CHIC - INPUT - USB BROWSER MOUSE "

    The solution is; device manager > right click to unkknown device > update driver > I will pick myself > and try your nb drivers as ;

    C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\msmouse.inf_8b7c4328

    maybe there more than msmouse.inf  try it all, one of them is your solutions..
