  • Hello,

    i have configured an appliance of CCE and now i am testing the calling (internal/External). I registered one user and assign a E5 license to that user and now if i do the call from internal extension to that user it is working fine, if i do the call from from external (Mobile etc) to that user it is working.

    The Problem is if a try to make a call (internal/external) from S4B online user which i have configured on the mobile it is not happening. My question is do i have to make dial plan on S4B online in order to make call from S4B online users? As far as i know the on premise dial plan will be used but i just want to confirm that point.

    We have Avaya call Manager. & SIP trunks are configured. Any idea which aspects to be consider in this scenario. Thanks.
