Question

When I'm trying to renew my SSL Certificate for my website its pop up with the following error mention below
"There was an error while performing this operation
Details
Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)) "
I have check with the permission & rights of administrator but still all efforts in vain.
kindly help to solve my issue.

Hi,
Please make sure that the Administrators group has full control on this folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys.

Have you tried Right-Click Run as Administrator?

This did not work for me. I did check to verify the cert did not get added to certs in MMC. Any other suggestions?
Running server 2016 and exchange 2016 cu15
