windows 7 home basic don't have personalize?

  Windows 7 home basic does not support group policy and as such this is not the forum to be asking this question.

  FYI. If you are running Windows 7 Home Basic i believe you are limtied to what theme you can use. Certainly you cannot use the Aero Glass feature.
