  Do If I uninstall the gateway server and will be installing it again with the site code

  Be careful with deleting gateways with agents behind them, especially if you are using sites:

  http://blogs.technet.com/b/momteam/archive/2013/11/20/how-to-remove-an-opsmgr-2012-gateway-server-that-is-associated-with-a-site.aspx

  The safer way would be to add another gateway that is configured as you want and then move the agents to the new gateway.
