Remote Access - Vpn RRS feed

  • hi
    i've got Windows Server 2003 R2 with the remote access Vpn service but i have a question :
    • is possible than the Vpn Server don't assign the Ip throught DHCP server or Internal Range to the client but it is the client VPn to set it with an Ip pre-assigned?

  • i have found the solution ..
    go in AD and setup static IP to a user under the dial-in tab of their profile in active directory and work it !

  • Yes, when setting up the MS VPN client, under the networking Tab in TCP/IP you will see the option to "use the following address"
