LimitLogin sees logins from domain admins only

I have just set up Limitlogin on a W2k3 DC and notice that the login from a user who is a member of the domain admins group is registered by Limitlogin. However, when the same user logs in without being a member of the domain admins group, Limitlogin does not register the log in. I suspect it might have something to do with IIS and the LimitLogin website but cannot find any obvious setting to tweak. Any help would be appreciated.
