IE 10 on Windows 7 Pull downs RRS feed

  • Question

  • I installed IE 10 on my Windows 7 machine two days ago.  I am having a bunch of new issues with my computer but the worst is that Pull Down menus don't work in IE anymore forcing me to use Firefox!  I don't have this issue on my Windows 8 machine with IE 10.  Is this a know issue?  Planned to be corrected?

  • Hi,

which pulldown menus? On your website?

try clicking the compatibility view button or reseting IE's security zone settings or disabling/uninstalling the trial AV products which may be disabling Active scripting.

for questions about html, css and scripting please post to the IE Web Development forum with a link to your website or publicly accessible mashup that shows the issue...

  • This is the same issue that is found in another thread:  Google's "More" dropdown or the "Search Tools" not working in Internet Explorer 10

That one appeared to be resolved for a few weeks, but suddenly reappeared.
