I cant install microsoft visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x64) on my Windows 7 RRS feed

    Hi I am trying to install Microsoft visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x64) on my Windows 7 64 bit laptop and it wont download. This is my log file:
